Daniel Smith
Oversees Fourth Creek’s project development pipeline, including financing, project design, zoning and entitlements, construction, lease-up, and dispositions. Since 2010, Daniel has developed over one million sq. ft. of retail, mixed-use and multifamily properties. He is a former infantry officer, Army Ranger, and combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom; and graduate of Emory University School of Law.
